Hello! My name is Katherine Villalobos and I am a Spanish speaking representative working at Tom Pearson Insurance. I recently graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and I started working in insurance because I believe in helping customers at the highest level, while making them feel cared for. Growing up with parents who primarily speak Spanish and don't understand much English, I've realized that there are many places that don't have people who are Spanish speaking. Because of this, I strive to help Spanish speaking customers understand policies and help them feel that all their questions are answered. When I'm not working, some of the hobbies that I enjoy are reading, crochet, and plants!
